Administrative Structure
Wayanad is divided into three main taluks: Mananthavady, Sulthan Bathery, and Vythiri, with its headquarters in the municipality of Kalpetta.

DAY 1 - Calicut to Wayanad (85 km / 3 hrs)

Upon arrival at Kozhikode (Calicut), our representative will receive the group and transfer to Wayanad by 45 Seater A/C Bus. Enjoy the scenic drive through winding ghat roads and lush greenery. On arrival, check in at Sanihara Resort and relax. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the resort ambience and surrounding nature. Overnight stay in Wayanad. Sightseeing (if time permits): * Pookode Lake * Lakkidi View Point * Local market visit

DAY 2 - Wayanad Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Wayanad. Explore the natural beauty, caves, and waterfalls the region is known for. Evening return to the resort for overnight stay. Sightseeing includes: * Edakkal Caves * Soochipara Waterfalls * Banasura Sagar Dam * Karapuzha Dam

DAY 3 - Wayanad to Calicut Drop (85 km / 3 hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the resort and proceed back to Kozhikode for drop. Tour concludes with pleasant memories.

Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made through our authorized representatives or website.
1.2. A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
1.3. The balance payment must be made 10 days prior to the departure date.
1.4. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

Pricing and Inclusions

2.1. Package prices are quoted in INR and are based on current rates of exchange and hotel tariffs.
2.2. Prices include only the items specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
2.3. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharges, taxes, or hotel rates after booking will be borne by the customer.

2.4. Hotel Policy

o Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 09:00 AM / 10:00 AM (varies by hotel).

o Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.

o In case the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.

Cancellations Refunds and Liability

3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
3.2. The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 45 days before departure: 25% of total cost
15–30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% (no refund)

3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days after written cancellation.

3.4. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.

3.5. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
